Kris and Kim Aigner are the owners of Aigner Property Inspection, serving the Greater Cleveland area.

After owning a home and being in the trades for over 30 years, they decided to put their knowledge and abilities to work.

Kim has experience in rehabbing homes, schooling from Home Inspection Institute® certified in mold, and 35 years of working with clients in multiple industries.

Kris has 40 years of experience in residential and commercial properties, schooling from Home Inspection Institute®, and is a state licensed inspector. He is also a state licensed electrician and HVAC tech.

They pride themselves on inspecting every home as if their own family is going to live there.
